Who we are
The letters ‘G’ and ‘B’ stand for Gaddie and Branch which are the first names of the founders children; and the motivation behind GB Engineering. The future of the world is in the next generation, and as cliché as it sounds, the construction industry and the process by which we envision, design, and build projects is changing faster than ever before in history; and we should be considering the legacy we are leaving behind with our projects.
All land development projects are unique, with each location having its own distinctive design challenges and local regulations. By taking a creative approach using conventional civil engineering practices, we can, and have numerous times, come up with simple solutions to challenging situations.

Wayne is a professionally licensed civil engineer skilled in developing construction plans and documents for various types of land development; consisting of large and small construction projects for residential, commercial, industrial, educational and government entities.
With a diverse background in civil engineering, Wayne can use creativity and forward thinking to effectively deal with situations and solve problems that can be encountered during the planning, development, and construction of any type of project.
Wayne has served as a Project engineer on hundreds of projects across the country working with a major retail chain. He has experience ranging from managing staff engineers, client relations, commercial site design, municipal engineering and working with local and state agencies. He has a wealth of experience in concept development, detailed design, project management, project coordination and client relations.
Our Civil Engineering services bring a full range of experience to your project whether it’s small project or large master planned community involving multiple land uses. Our detailed approach remains the same regardless of the scale of the project. We take pride in client relations as we focus on responsiveness and cost-effective designs to overcome any challenges presented throughout the development process.

Once plans are approved by the local governing authority, we can help with bid documents, pre construction meetings, and on-site inspections to ensure your plans are being built correctly. A construction project typically includes a large financial commitment, so we are here to help protect your investment and keep your costs down with both our design fees, and smart plans to minimize construction costs.
